So, we take you through two short world-class, web-based assessments provided by the University of Pennsylvania. The assessments are confidential and are password protected by the participant. Only the participant has access to the results.
We explain what the various scoring results mean. You can choose from a variety of exercises that strengthen the indicated gaps. The purpose is to increase happiness and resilience and to gain greater personal control.
